Description
TF 46 NE WELTON LE MARSH MILL LANE (south side) 5/57 Mill House II Mill house. Mid C18 with C19 addition and alterations. Red brick, rough cast render, pantile roof, with single brick coped gable and single, partly external, gable and ridge rendered stacks. L-plan. 2 storey plus garret, 4 bay front, the right hand end bay is advanced and a C19 addition. First floor brick band and dentillated eaves course. Off-centre C19 door with plain overlight set in projecting gabled brick porch, to left are 2 glazing bar sashes. To first floor are 2 similar windows, all with flat brick arched heads.
