Description
BOSTON TF3344SW PEN STREET 716-1/8/130 (West side) 14/02/75 Nos.15 AND 17 GV II Pair of houses with ground floor shop/office. Early C19 with early C20 alterations. Red brick in Flemish bond, hipped slate roof, single brick ridge stack. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 4-bay front with plinth, sill bands, modillion eaves cornice. To the right an early C20 shop front with plain pilasters and carved brackets. To the left 2 sash windows beneath a C20 fascia. C20 door in C20 extension to No 17. To 1st floor 4 tall plain sashes. To 2nd floor 4 margin light sashes. All sashes have wedge rubbed brick flat arches. Some contemporary internal joinery. INTERIOR: not inspected. Listing NGR: TF3305644302
