Description
BOSTON TF3344SW PEN STREET 716-1/8/129 (West side) 14/02/75 No.13 GV II House. Late C18, with minor C19 alterations. Red brick in Flemish bond, with stucco dressings, hipped pantile roof, 2 wall stacks. EXTERIOR: 3-storey, 2-bay front, with cellar. Short plinth. To right, a late C19 half-glazed door, with plain overlight, up 3 steps, with panelled reveals and pedimented surround with narrow pilasters and console brackets. To left a margin light sash with beneath a blocked cellar arch. To 1st floor a matching sash window above with a narrower similar window to the right. the 2nd floor has 2 smaller similar windows. All sashes have splayed rubbed brick flat arches with fluted stucco keystones. Some contemporary internal joinery. INTERIOR: not inspected. Listing NGR: TF3304244313
