Description
BOSTON TF3344SW PEN STREET 716-1/8/128 (East side) 24/04/74 No.6 GV II House, now 2 shops and offices. Early C19 altered C20. Lined stucco front, red brick to sides and rear. Double hipped roof, front in slate, rear in artificial slate, 2 stacks in valley. Parallel range. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3-bay front with carved brackets to fascia. Central 6-panel door with overlight with panelled reveals, plain Tuscan doorcase with attached three-quarter columns and modillion pediments, flanked by single C20 small traditional shop fronts. To 1st floor 3 widely-spaced plain sashes. Rear range in red brick with plain sash windows. Interior retains stick baluster stair. INTERIOR: not inspected. Listing NGR: TF3306444333
