LINCOLN SK9871NW SEWELL ROAD 1941-1/10/329 (North side) 02/10/69 Well house at north end of St Anne's Bedehouses GV II Well house. c1847. By AWN Pugin for RW Sibthorp. Red brick, with blue brick diaper work, stone dressings and patterned tile roof. Chamfered plinth, and coved eaves with fleurons. Octagonal plan, with 3 broached corners and cross finial. Chamfered doorway to south-west, with decorated spandrels. 3 ogee headed double lights in flat headed openings. All the openings have filleted roll moulded surrounds.
