Description
SPILSBY THE TERRACE TF 4066-4166 7/78 Nos. 2 and 3 G.V. II Pair of houses. Mid C18, altered late C19. Red brick in Flemish bond, machine plain tiled roof, single gable and ridge stacks. 2 storey with cellar, 7 bay front with plinth, first floor band. Arranged 2 windows, door, window, door, 2 windows. The doors are reached up 3 ashlar steps and are of 6 panels plus overlight, set in recess with panelled reveals, moulded architrave and narrow hood. Windows are glazing bar sashes, with segmental heads to ground floor and to eaves on first floor. The interiors have been altered and refitted late C19. Listing NGR: TF4011966090
