Description
BOSTON TF3244SE CHURCH CLOSE 716-1/7/6 (South side) 14/02/75 No.5 GV II House. Early C19. Colourwashed brick, Westmorland slate roof, coped gable and right-hand stack. EXTERIOR: 3-storeys, 2-bay front with to left a 6-panel door having 3-paned overlight. Set in pedimented doorcase with narrow pilasters decorated with harebell chains and paterae. To right 2 glazing bar sashes. Above 2 similar windows to first floor with 2 smaller windows to second floor. All windows have brick segmental arched heads. To rear further glazing bar sashes and a semicircular headed stair window. INTERIOR: not inspected. Listing NGR: TF3270144136
