Description
TF 44 NW OLD LEAKE HURN'S END 9/104 Green Farmhouse II Farmhouse. c.1770 with minor C19 and C20 alterations. Red brick in Flemish bond. Concrete tiled roof with tumbled gables. 2 brick gable stacks. T-plan. 2 storey, 3 bay front with discontinuous first floor band. Central door with overlight, flanked by single plain sashes. To first floor 3 similar windows. All openings have segmental brick heads. Interior contains some good contemporary joinery including 2 corner cupboards, one with inner arch and key. Built for the Society of Friends, who had a meeting house and graveyard nearby. Listing NGR: TF4292549203
