Description
TF 45 SW OLD LEAKE CHURCH ROAD (west side) 3/100 Lychgate G.V. II Lychgate. C.1873. Possibly by Temple Moore. Red brick, timber, slate banded fishscale roof. Side walls in brick, forming bridge over ditch. Moulded brick copings. Gabled roof over with decorative bargeboard pierced with quatrefoils and crocketed pinnacle, on vertical timber supports with trefoil tracery. Pair of wooden gates. Listing NGR: TF4076750307
