Description
TF 1409-1509 DEEPING ST. JAMES CHURCH STREET (north side) 14/73 No.64 G.V. II House. 1770, with minor C19 alterations. Colourwashed coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. Slate roof having raised stone coped gables and 2 ashlar gable stacks. 2 storey, 3 bay front having central C19 panel door flanked by single glazing bar sashes, all with timber lintels. Above the door a rectangular stone is inscribed T. Waters 1770. To first floor are 2 three light C19 casements to eaves. Listing NGR: TF1544209446
