Description

FOLKINGHAM THE MARKET PLACE TF 0633-0733 (east side) 2/91 No.38 30.10.68 G.V. II House. Late C18, C20. Red brick with painted ashlar dressings. Hipped pantile roof with single hip and ridge stacks. 2 storeys and attic, 3 bay front with ashlar dressed plinth, first floor band and quoins. Central doorway with round head, plain doorcase, traceried fanlight and panelled door. Doorway flanked by single glazing bar sashes with 3 glazing bar sashes above, all with serpentine lintels and raised keystones. 3 flat headed dormer windows with glazing bar sashes. 2 bay west front with dummy doorway to left with round head, plain doorcase traceried fanlight and blocked panelled door. 4 light C20 casement to right, with moulded cornice. Single glazing bar sash above with serpentine head. Large C20 dormer window above with 4 light casement. Listing NGR: TF0724133693
