Description
This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 06/04/2017 Address changed from 21, The Market Place to 21 Market Place. FOLKINGHAM THE MARKET PLACE TF 0633-0733 (west side) 2/72 No.21 30.10.68 G.V. II House. Late C18, C20. Coursed limestone rubble, rendered ashlar dressings. Pantile roof with gable stacks. 2 storeys and attic. 4 bay front with doorway to left with glazed door with glazing bars and plain overlight and stucco wedge lintel. Glazing bar sash to left, 2 glazing bar sashes to right. 4 glazing bar sashes above. All the windows with wedge stucco lintels. 4 dormer windows with flat heads and small glazing bar sashes.
