Description
CANWICK WASHINGBOROUGH ROAD SK 97 SE 1/23 Park Lodges - II Pair of former entrance lodges to Canwick Hall. Mid C19, with C20 alterations. White brick with ashlar dressings and hipped Welsh slate roofs. 3 moulded brick stacks. First floor ashlar band. 2 storey. South front 6 bays, outer bays project slightly. 2 centre bays, that to left with C20 glazed door and conservatory, that to right with a margin light sash with segment head and ashlar keystone. Eitherside single storey projecting porches with plank doors and ornate iron hinges, plus segment heads with ashlar keystones. Eitherside single margin light sashes also with segment heads and ashlar keystones. Above 2 central pairs of margin light sashes, flanked by single similar sashes, in turn flanked by pairs of similar sashes. Beyond to left a single bay C20 addition in similar style.
