Description
TF 0638 - 0738 OSBOURNBY HIGH STREET (North side) 11/64 Grange Cottage (formerly listed with 1.2.67 No. 30 High Street) G.V. II Cottage. 1784, altered C20. Coursed squared limestone rubble with ashlar dressings, pantiled roof with raised stone coped gable, single axial ridge and gable red brick stacks. Single storey plus attics 4 bay front having an off centre 6 panelled door with to left 2 and to right a single 2 light glazing bar sliding sash. All openings have splayed ashlar lintels with keystones. In the roof are 3 cambered headed dormers with glazing bar sashes and leaded cheeks. Above the door a rectangular stone panel is inscribed 'Robert Bradley 1784'. Listing NGR: TF0677638123
