TF 04 NW NORTH RAUCEBY TOM LANE (West side) 2/61 Ivy House Cottage, 12.2.75 II Cottage. C17, altered C20. Coursed limestone rubble, thatched roof, single ridge and gable red brick stacks. L-plan. Single storey plus attics 6 bay front having 2 planked doors and three 2 light and a single 3 light timber mullioned glazing bar casement windows. All openings have timber lintels. In the roof are 4 two light glazing bar sliding sash dormers beneath thatched eyebrows. Listing NGR: TF0223846190
