Description
TF 04 NW NORTH RAUCEBY MAIN STREET (West side) 2/59 The Old Vicarage 5.7.79 G.V. II Former vicarage, now house. Mid C18, altered early C19 and C20. Coursed squared limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, slate roofs having raised stone coped gables, single ashlar and red brick gable stacks. T-plan. 2 storey plus garrets 3 bay front having moulded ashlar eaves course. Central C20 half glazed door flanked by single canted bays with glazing bar sashes and lead roofs. To first floor are 3 similar windows. All windows have splayed ashlar lintels with keyblocks. Interior retains early C19 dogleg stair with slender vasiform balusters and 2 early C19 marble fire surrounds with plain pilasters. Listing NGR: TF0214846473
