Description
TF 10 NW WEST DEEPING KING STREET (west side) 10/274 No.30 G.V. II House. Late C18, altered C20. Squared coursed limestone rubble, ashlar quoins and dressings, banded gables. Collyweston slate roof, 2 red brick gable stacks. 2 storey and attics, 3 bay front having central 4 panel door and overlight flanked by single 3 light windows, to first floor a glazing bar casement is also flanked by single 3 light windows. Windows are all glazing bar casements with flat ashlar lintels and stepped keyblocks. In the roof are 2 hipped dormers, 2 light casements with rendered cheeks. Listing NGR: TF1097409053
