Description
SK 86 SE SWINDERBY BULLPIT LANE 3/35 South Scarle Crossing Cottage II Signal man's cottage. Mid 19C. Brick with slate roofs with dramatically overhanging eaves supported on coupled wooden brackets. Tall brick stacks. South-west front has single bay, 2 storey gable front, with 4 light casement square bay window and shallow slate roof. Above 2 light casement. Single storey wing to north-west with casement. South-east front has wooden gable porch, and large cross casement window, with 2 storey gable front with block door and small casement above.
