Description
TF 06 SE METHERINGHAM HIGH STREET 5/37 (north side) Methodist Church and Hall II Church and Hall. Circa 1900. Rock-faced coursed stone with red ashlar dressings. Plain tile roof, with stone coped gables with kneelers, with corner buttresses topped with finials. Three bay nave with paired lancet windows, short transepts with triple lancets. East end has a 5 lancet window, with hall beyond single storey with cross gables. West front has double doors with moulded chamfered surround and end buttresses topped'with finials, above 5 lancet window under single arch with dripmould. Above mandala-shaped window with dripmould. Nave is topped with small with dripmould. Nave is topped with small wooden fleche. Listing NGR: TF0691261530
