Description
TF 1210-1310 MARKET DEEPING CHURCH STREET (west side) 12/144 No.76, (Elm House) 30.10.68 G.V. II House. Late C18, altered early C19. Coursed and banded limestone rubble, stucco front. Collyweston slate roof, raised stone coped gables, 2 stone gable stacks with moulded cornices. 2 storey plus attics, 3 bay front having first floor cill band and dentillated cornice. Central 6 panelled door having plain overlight, panelled reveals, wooden Doric doorcase, flanked by single glazing bar sashes. To first floor 3 similar windows. All windows have moulded stone architraves. In the roof are 2 gabled glazing bar sash dormers with slate hung cheeks. Listing NGR: TF1375410108
