Description

TF 1210-1310 MARKET DEEPING CHURCH STREET (west side) 12/141 30.10.68 No.70 (Lendorf) G.V. II Probably former inn, now house. C17 altered and raised mid C18, with minor C20 alterations. Squared limestone rubble and ashlar with stucco dressings. Collyweston slate roof with stone coped gables, 2 red brick gable stacks. 2 storey, with attics, 3 bay front having central 4 panelled door with plain overlight, panelled reveals and Doric stucco doorcase, flanked by single glazing bar sashes. To first floor 3 similar windows. In the roof are 3 gabled 2 light plain casement dormers with slate hung cheeks. To the right a wide elliptical carriage arch with impost and keyblocks, within a lower 2 bay 2 storey range, having C20 3 light window and above a 2 light casement and a 3 light casement.
