Description
TF 1210-1310 MARKET DEEPING CHURCH STREET (east side) 12/131 No.35 (Holland House) G.V. II House. Late C18, altered c.1850. Coursed squared limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, Collyweston slate roof having stone coped gables and 2 stone gable stacks. L-plan. 2 storey plus attics, 3 bay front having first floor cill band and dentillated wooden eaves cornice. Central 6 panelled door with Gothick traceried fanlight, panelled reveals and rusticated semi- circular surround with stepped key blocks, flanked by single 2 storey C19 canted bay windows having plain sashes. Over the door a plain sash window. In the roof are 3 gabled glazing bar sash dormers with slate hung cheeks. Listing NGR: TF1381010071
