Subject to a minor amendment on 5 July 2017. Name and address changed from The Lincolnshire Poacher Hotel, Eastgate to Park House, 211, Eastgate. Last sentence of description amended to 'Nos 193 to 209 (odd) and No. 211, Park House form a group.' from 'Nos 193 to 209 (odd) and The Lincolnshire Poacher Hotel form a group.' EASTGATE (North Side) The Lincolnshire Poacher Hotel TF 3387 2/128 II GV 2. Early cl9. 2 storeys in gault brick with roof of greenish tiles, hipped. 3 windows, hung sashes with glazing bars under carved stucco flat lintels with keystone. Band continues cills. 2 windows on ground floor in segmental architraves, 3 lights, 2 narrow, hung sashes with glazing bars, consoles at tops of mullions. Doric columned central porch, entablature partly hidden by modern sign. Rectangular fanlight. Panelled door. Upper windows have modern shutters. Nos 193 to 209 (odd) and The Linconshire Poacher Hotel form a group. Listing NGR: TF3370387815
