Description
1. EASTGATE 1348 (South Side) Nos 114 & 116 TF 38 NW 1/148 II GV 2. Early-Mid C19. 4 storeys, rendered. Ground floor, vermiculated rustication, 1st floor, chanelled rustication. Parapet rises in centre. Egg and dentil cornice on consoles. 5 windows, hung sashes with glazing bars, cills on tabs. 2nd floor windows have rusticated lintels with keystone. 1st floor of No 116 has 3-light window and one of a single light in architrave with plaster motifs below dentil and moulded cornice on brackets. Single-light window has plaster flower drops to architrave. Moulded band continues cornices. Band continues cills. No 114 has had modern window inserted, breaking band. No 116 has mid C19 plain shop front and 4-panel door. Modern shop front to right. Listed as part of a group. Nos 114 to 122 (even) form a group. Listing NGR: TF3304687464
