Bracketed eaves cornice. 2 windows, stucco keystones, hung sashes with marginal glazing. Stucco bands between storeys. 2 canted bays on ground floor, marginal glazing, plain wood pilasters. Plain pilasters to door, rectangular fanlight, continuous cornice. Mentioned solely as part of a group. No 17, Midland Bank and Premises occupied by Masons, Fuller, Chatterton & Haxby form a group.
