Description
CHEQUERGATE 1. 1348 (North Side) No 13 TF 38 NW 1/113 2.11.54. II GV 2. C18 with early C19 refacing in painted stucco, ground floor with chanelled rustication. Brick to side. Hipped roof of Welsh slate. Plinth. 5 windows, hung sashes with glazing bars, the central window on the 1st floor with bowed wrought iron balcony. Eaves cornice with gutter decorated with lions' heads. Pedimented doorcase at side. NMR. Nos 13 and 15 form a group. Listing NGR: TF3266587439
