CHEQUERGATE 1. 1348 (South Side) No 2 TR 38 NW 1/111 II GV 2. Mid C19. One storey and attics. Rendered and painted with pantile roof. Plinth. Rusticated quoins. One large gabled dormer with carved bargeboarding and finial. 3 irregular windows. Doors of 6 and 4 panels. Of no importance, except as a group with No 1 Upgate, of which it forms part of the premises. nos 2 and 4 form a group with No 1 Upgate. Listing NGR: TF3268487426
