Description

This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 20/11/2017 TF 01 SE 5/9 BARHOLM AND STOWE, HORSE SHOE LANE, Barn and Waggon hovels to The Old Hall (Formerly listed as Barn and Waggon hovels to Barholm Old Hall, HALL LANE (south side)) GV II Barn, waggon hovels and stables. Early C17, extended C19. Coursed squared limestone rubble with ashlar quoins, Collyweston and Welsh slate roofs. Single storey, single bay front having central opening with timber lintel and ashlar reveals. To the left gable a planked opening. The roof is of double staggered butt purlin construction of five bays, with wind bracing to the central bay. To the right a lower range of outbuildings, blank to the road. Listing NGR: TF0882410716
