Abstract/Summary
Archive for the programme of historic building recording, conducted to inform the proposed conversion to residential use of the Fanny Marshall Institute, Church Street, Gainsborough. The building opened in 1896 and served as an institute providing facilities for the betterment of the local community, before later being used as a shop. The building had been vacant for at least 20 years prior to the recording, and much of the interior was in poor condition.
