Full Description
This two storey brick building with slate roof probably dates to the Victorian period, and appears to have originally been three properties which have been split horizontally, causing the removal of staircases. It has been extensively modified and no original internal features were identified during a building survey prior to demolition. However, some original brick detailing does remain on the exterior, and there is a carriage arch with timber lintel and a hay hoisting hatch above. {1}
This building is identified as being of Local Heritage Interest and makes a positive contribution to the Conservation Area. {2}
The building has now been demolished. {3}
