A row of houses built of yellow brick with slate rooves. Four equally spaced windows with stone cills and brick header arch to the first floor. The windows on the ground floor have undergone heavy alterations. {1}
This is a building identified as of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. It is a good example of this style of building of this period but has, in the past, been altered and has lost many of its original features and some of its historic character. {2}
