Full Description

An early 18th century cottage which underwent alterations in the 19th century. It was constructed of painted brick and has a thatched roof with decorative eaves and raised brick coped gables. It is marked as such on the Ordnance Survey maps of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. {2}{3} Unnamed farmstead, Middle Rasen. 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with L-plan range plus detached buildings to the third side of the yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. The farmhouse is the only surviving historic structure. Located within or in association with a hamlet. {4}
