Full Description

An early 18th century farmhouse which underwent alterations in the early 18th and in 1835. It was constructed of yellow brick and red brick and has a hipped slate roof with slight overhanging eaves and four brick ridge stacks. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
