[Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.]
This house is of 16th or 17th century date, although only some features date from this period. It has an 18th century wooden eaves course and a three storey timber framed bow window which is probably of early 19th century date. {2}
This two storey hosue with attics probably dates to the early 17th century [or earlier - see above]. It is constructed of coursed rubble and has a modern slate roof. It also has a modern shop front and door.
