Full Description

PRN 38765 [Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.] This house has a 17th century origin although its front is mid 18th century. It also has some early 19th century alterations including the conversion of the carriage arch into a room. The building's early origin is indicated by the carpentry of various beams and floor joists and an attic partition. The interior also includes some 18th century panelling. {1} This two storey house dates to the early-mid 18th century [this date is probably incorrect - see above]. It is cement rendered and has a slate roof.
