Full Description

PRN 38727 This two storey coursed rubble house has a steep slate roof and an early 19th century shop window and door, with a carriage entry to the left. Underneath, it has a vaulted crypt dating to to around 1220. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1} This house has an undercroft and some features in its upper walls, including a blind arcade, that date from the early 13th century. The undercroft is vaulted and was originally larger by at least one bay. The main range above was considerably altered in the 17th century and the house now has a 17th century general appearance, both inside and out.
