This small mid 19th century detached house formerly had a clock in the centre gable of the front. The house is two storeys in height and is built of coursed stone with a slate roof. It has windows in the Gothic style. This house was built on manorial waste in 1839 by Richard Newcomb. It is in the Tudor style with a circular frame for a clock face over the central window. {2}
