PRN 38388 [Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.] This house is mid 17th century in origin and has a barrel vaulted cellar. It has one original end chimney stack and an original winding stair in the cellar. The street front has two later two-storey bay windows and a central entrance. {1} This house is a long, low two storey building of early 18th century date [this date is probably incorrect - see above]. It has two small bay windows through both storeys and part of a stone chimneny stack.
