Full Description

SLI38370 [Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.] This house was built around 1830. It has slightly projecting bay windows and the interior includes original, heavily ornamented ceiling plasterwork. {1} This three storey house dates to the late 18th century [this date is probably incorrect - see above] and is built of very small coursed rubble. The ground floor has a good large bowed window. Underneath this is a basement opening. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {2}
