Full Description

PRN 37888 [Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.] This house appears to have a 17th century origin, shown by chamfered beams in the south part. It was largely rebuilt in the early 19th century and the interior is mostly gutted. {1} This two storey stuccoed house dates to the early 18th century [this is probably incorrect - see above]. It has an early 20th century shop front. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {2}
