[Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.]
This timber framed and jettied building forms a cross-wing to nos. 8 and 9 (PRN 38607). It is probably of 16th century date. The roof was replaced in the 17th century, when the main range (nos. 8 and 9) were rebuilt in stone. {1}
This small two storey building dates from the 17th century [this is probably incorrect - see above]. It is cement rendered and has a stone slate roof. The ground floor has the remains of a 19th century shop front. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {2}
