This two storey stone house dates to around 1775 and earlier. It has an old slate roof and modern shop windows on the ground floor as well as a a bowed window. This house was built in the early 18th century. In 1775-6 the east section was rebuilt as a separate house and shop. By 1822 a bow window had been added and the doorway was moved to the centre. A rear wing was also added during the 19th century. There are now modern shop fronts to the west of the doorway. No early internal features remain. {2}
