Full Description

PRN 37260 [Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.] This two storey house dates from the early 19th century. It has a cellar, basement and attics and has an ashlar stone front wall although the rest is brick. The cellar is stone-vaulted. {1} This small house of great character dates to the mid 18th century [this is probably incorrect - see above]. It has tall, narrow proportions and includes a curved bow window through two storeys and an attractive wooden porch in a Chinese style. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {2}
