Full Description

PRN 37234 [Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.] This building was probably constructed around 1800. The ground floor has a later shop front but the original main door and a passage entry have been retained. {1} This three storey ashlar stone building dates to the late 18th century [this date is probably incorrect - see above]. It has a slate Mansard roof and a late 19th century and modern shop front. There is also a round-headed passage entrance at the side. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {2}
