Full Description

PRN 37231 [Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.] This two storey red brick shop dates from the early 19th century. It was built as a shop with a side entrance leading to a dwelling above. The pilasters of the early 19th century shop front remain. {1} This building dates to the mid 18th century [this is probably incorrect - see above] and is constructed of painted brick with a slate Mansard roof and two early 19th century shop fronts with modern glazing. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {2}
