Full Description

Grade II listed house, dating from the early 18th century and altered in the late 19th century. It is red brick and has a pantile roof with brick coped, partly tumbled gables. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1} Holly Tree House (Holly Cottage), Moulton. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of L plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within a loose farmstead cluster. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {2}
