Full Description

Yew Tree Farmhouse with an attached garage is early 19th century in date. It was constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and has a hipped Welsh slate roof with red brick wall stacks. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
