Full Description
A former rectory, now a house, built in 1846 by Joseph Chapman of Binbrook, which underwent minor alterations in the late 19th century. It was constructed of red brick with moulded brick dressings and has a fish scale slate roof with reused tile coped gables, brick kneelers and finials and two ridge stacks. The Old Rectory (Rectory), Grainsby. Extant 19th century farmstead. Loose courtyard with three sides of the courtyard formed by working agricultural buildings. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. Located within or in association with a hamlet. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
