Farmhouse constructed in the late 17th century, altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. Built of coursed squared limestone rubble to front wall with ashlar quoins and dressings, pantiled roof having raised stone coped gables and 2 gable stacks, both in red brick. Two storey and three bay front. Laurel Farm, Walcot Near Folkingham. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with multiple regular yards. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {2}
