Full Description

PRN 23989 A photographic building survey was undertaken at Elmtree Farm, Mill Drove, Spalding. The farm buildings comprised a farmhouse and out-buildings and an associated (contemporary?) three sided barn complex with central crewyard. Stylistically, the farm buildings appear to have been constructed sometime in the mid 19th century.{1} Unnamed farmstead, . Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of U plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
